Just wanted to thank you for my beautiful plants that arrived today.  I am so grateful that you take the time to package them so carefully, I can tell a lot of time and TLC goes into making sure they are safe.  As I arrived home and saw the box, I was quite nervous to open it as it was crushed in the middle (thank you USPS!).  Thanks to your careful packaging, my plants remained unscathed by the rough handling.  So next time you are wrapping and taping, please know that it is appreciated by your loyal customers!  I recommend you to folks all the time, my friend ordered from you this Spring and was delighted with her plants too!

I wanted to let you know how impressed I am by the tropical and swamp milkweed I ordered. I ordered one of each for my monarchs, which I received in a very well-packaged box and in excellent condition. They arrived in a timely manner and I received adequate communication via email throughout the entire process. I have ordered from other suppliers before, but Joyful Butterfly has exceeded my expectations. I would love to see this business continue to grow and thus will share this experience with others.

I just wanted to let you know that the plants arrived in excellent condition, really well and safely packaged for their travel. I was so pleased – I’ve ordered plants online a lot before, and these milkweed and rue were some of the healthiest, happiest plants I’ve pulled out of a mail-order box. Can I just say WOW? Got my 10 swamp milkweed plants today and all look fantastic! I am very impressed by both your prices and the level of growth on these plants…this was way more growth than I expected. I paid SO much more on a past order of these plants from a different seller and there was only a couple inches of growth on them. Impressed by your packing job too!
